'Dindo' exits Philippine area of responsibility

Tropical Storm Dindo (International name: Jongdari) has exited the Philippine area of responsibility, the state weather bureau PAGASA said in its 11 a.m. tropical cyclone bulletin.

As of 11 a.m., Dindo's center of the eye was estimated based on all available data 670 kilometers Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (Outside PAR) (25.3 °North, 126.2 °East ).

It is moving northeastward slowly, packing maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometer per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph.

'Dindo' intensifies into tropical storm; out of PAR by Monday noon

Tropical depression Dindo (international name: Jongdari) intensified into a tropical storm early Monday, but no tropical cyclone wind signals have been hoisted as of now, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

Dindo is expected to move northward and exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) within the next six hours.

As of 4 a.m., PAGASA said the center of Tropical Storm DINDO was estimated based on all available data at 640 kilometers Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (25.0°North, 126.1°East)

"Dindo" packs maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometer per hour near the center, gustiness of up to 80kph, and central pressure of 1000 hPa.
