PAGASA has raised Wind Signal #1 (highest) in some areas. Strong winds may be experienced, posing a minimal to minor threat to life and property.

Other hazards (heavy rainfall, coastal inundation and gale) may affect your area during "Romina".

PAGASA said these may further cause flooding and landslides.

"Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials," it added.
