Mayoral candidate Carlo Aguilar launched his campaign on Friday, March 28, vowing to transform Las Piñas into a modern and progressive city after what he described as years of stagnation under the current administration.
Speaking before a packed crowd at San Ezekiel Moreno Parish Church in Barangay Pulanglupa Uno, Aguilar detailed his vision for a "New Las Piñas," contrasting it with what he called "Last Piñas," citing issues in infrastructure, economic growth and public services.
